- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Production Support;
- Knowledge of System Architecture;
- Knowledge of SQL, Shell;
- Experience in Risk Identification and monitoring;
- Experience in Analasys and support incident management;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Good English level (mandatory);
- Good French level (mandatory),
